- GMGenesis MedinaJun 3, 20261.0Very disappointed with PNC Bank. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have even referred family members, including my mother. Recently, PNC took money from a joint account that I share with my mother to cover an overdraft on my personal account without any warning or communication beforehand. My mother relies solely on Social Security income, and this withdrawal has caused her significant financial hardship and difficulty paying her bills. While the bank may have had the legal right to do this, the complete lack of notice and consideration for the impact on an elderly person living on a fixed income was extremely unprofessional. After more than a decade of loyalty, I expected much better customer service and communication. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in PNC Bank. We have decided to open up a new bank account somewhere else.
