Also be warned if you are disabled and want to use the drive thru - they won’t provide full service even if you do let them know that you are disabled and cannot come inside.

Tried removing funds to close accounts and everyone from employee Andrew to assistant manager David Kostyal did everything in their power to make it as difficult as possible. This is unacceptable given that I had previous conversations with branch manager Terry who told me this would be no issue. Of course she was not here the day I attempted to do this. STAY AWAY from PNC!!! Original review: While the staff is friendly, more than once they have made errors that had to be corrected. Make sure you give yourself sufficient time and double check everything! Everyone is human, and mistakes happen, but these mistakes can cost you!

The staff immediately attended to us, and were very helpful in opening our account. They were also very accommodating and patient with our young son who was with us. Great job!
