Filling out surveys in My ✋🏻 opinion, even though their time consuming are a way of showing an act of kindness to businesses that help me along my journey. PNC emailed 📨 me a survey based on my recent experience with a wonderful team member at the Wilkinsburg PNC branch, Benjamin. To the survey, I replied THIS ⬇️ This location can get very busy, despite the fact that it does not handle cash transactions. I think this PNC branch is very important in the Wilkinsburg community. Benjamin and other staff, make an effort to make everyone feel comfortable. I am in between jobs right now and only deposit my social security disability. Benjamin always treats me with respect and makes me feel just as important as someone with thousands of dollars in the bank. Thank you PNC for hiring people who care.
