It's always refreshing when you leave and you know that the people working actually care about what they do and they take pride in it. That really makes a business stand out.

The left foot doesn't know what the right foot is doing and you will go in an endless loop of call circles where no one knows what is happening with anything. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from PNC.

I have no idea of why they work differently, or if it’s just me getting treated differently but they have been a headache w every issue I have brought to them! Which had not even been on my behalf. The manager Amy is just ridiculous w her attitude which I will admit I gave the same attitude back. Sometimes I feel they forget that they are there to work and serve us as clients. Not one is doing favors here. The only reason why I was going to this branch is bc we recently moved but I rather take the ride to my old branch...smh.
