- JNJeff NechlebaAug 11, 20261.0I’ve been going to this bank for about two years now, to deposit my paycheck, as it’s close to my place of employment. All the tellers have been extremely helpful and polite. Today however I needed the services of one of the bankers to clarify an issue with a retirement account, a lady by the name Lauren Pucci. She was terribly cold and rude to me, made me feel unwelcome at this branch, questioned my identity even though I’ve been coming in person to this branch for over two years, and when the matter at hand became complicated, she washed her hands of it saying she recommended I go to my “home branch”. This bank was alright but if you need a banker, I would avoid her like the plague !! Addendum: After calling the PNC operations for retirement accounts, I in fact found out that she could have helped me resolve my issue but consciously chose not to. I also will add that while loudly repeating my social security number TWICE over the phone, she left her office door wide open, so anyone in the bank could hear it. Is that normal protocol ? Really frustrating trying to stay local and support your local bank but treated like a stranger.Transactional capitalism at its finest !

She was beyond informative, patient with so many questions I had, super kind that I left her office feeling happy that I had chosen PNC.
