Don’t use the drive through mac machine. It swallowed up my card and destroyed my card. The people that work inside seeing that my card was inside didn’t even callto let me know that hey we have your card but we have to destroy it and or here’s the next steps. I’m out of town and there’s a huge time difference. When I did got a minute to call they wasn’t helpful at all. They stated the machine was being serviced. But when I put my card in the machine it wasn’t being serviced. I will just stick to my pnc family over east liberty the! Communication is wonderful over there!

They have a great customer service, but I only come to this branch a few times a year. During this time, they never disrespected me or mistreated me. They also have a drive thru which I noticed is heavily visited by PNC customers. So don’t expect for service to super quick.
