- JJJeffJan 31, 20261.0Guy tells me they can't take damaged change although I opened up this account downtown with ten dollars worth of change and most of it was damaged. Horrible bank with lazy employees and it was a guy and the account is only good for depositing cash and being on the visa network otherwise I'd dump the account and I would imagine the bank makes money every time I make a purchase and can't find employees who can count change. If he cannot even do this 3 minute task then lest half the staff go and handout perks and rewards, I would rather have at least that than poor customer service.
