  1/5 Stars – Profound Inefficiency and Total Disregard for Customer Time I rarely feel compelled to leave negative reviews, but the complete operational breakdown at First National Bank leaves me no choice. My recent experience at the drive-thru was an absolute masterclass in poor service and lack of employee urgency. I pulled up to the drive-thru for a single, routine transaction: cashing a check. There was not a single other vehicle in the drive-thru line, nor was there a single car parked in the entire lot. Despite being the only customer present, I sat in my car for 20 full minutes waiting for what should be a two-minute process. Watching the clock tick away while staff moved at an agonizingly glacial pace was astonishing. There was zero sense of accountability, no explanation for the delay, and zero appreciation for the value of a customer's time. Waiting 20 minutes with a long line behind you is frustrating enough; waiting 20 minutes when the entire facility is empty points to a systemic lack of supervision and an employee culture defined purely by "paid by the hour" complacency. If First National Bank cannot manage a basic, standard transaction in an empty drive-thru, I have zero confidence in their ability to handle complex financial needs. I strongly advise anyone looking for competent, efficient, and respectful service to take their business elsewhere. I will certainly never recommend this institution to anyone

  Go find a bank that cares about their customers. I'm in another state closing on a house. The only available option is to wire the earnest money to the title company since all other options require me to physically home. After sitting in queue after queue, waiting literal hours, I finally got the assistant manager. She told me to go to he11 and that she would not lift a finger to help me. Thanks for NOTHING FNB! I'm taking my money elsewhere. Obviously you don't need me or my money!

  If you are the only person there you will still have to wait. If your debit card isn't signed you will not be able to use it. Even if you have a valid government-issued ID. If the check your trying to pay your truck payment with has any mistakes on it at all you will not be allowed to correct them and they will not take it. Even if it causes your payment to be late this particular Branch does not give a s***
