  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the unprofessional service I received from a specific employee during my recent visit to your branch. When attempting to make a car loan payment, I provided my identification and payment information, yet the representative insisted on obtaining my social security number, claiming it was a faster retrieval method. Given that my initial documentation should have been sufficient to process the transaction, I found this request and the subsequent confrontational tone regarding my hesitation to be unacceptable. I trust you will address this matter internally, as I intend to escalate this issue to corporate management should such service continue in the future.

  The one lady with dark curly hair is the only one that does anything, as there was a group of 3 people in the back office laughing relaxing. Three people in line though. It’s like this every time. By far the slowest FNB location I been to.

  Very friendly, courteous staff. Knowledgeable and helpful at all steps of various banking processes. Only wish the bank would integrate their credit card department with the on the ground staff more.

  As I looked at the views one star is the longest, and I agree with most of them, the wait time is predictable. My complaint is the ATM no paper for receipts twice in less then a month. And yesterday I couldn't deposit money.since 1971 this banking company has slid along way down.

  Guy in the back has enough time to come out and thank us for our patience, but cannot find it within himself to step in as a teller to help the 6 people in line at the single teller that is here.
