  I visited on a bad day because their air conditioning was broken and it was almost 100° outside; that's not the bank's fault but they need to chat with their landlord. The associate who assisted me was polite, young, and willing to ask his coworkers for help with my questions. I believe I could have received more details, when I inquired about their online services. The advice was to check out their website. Since I do a lot of online banking with one of their competitors, I anticipated more. In fairness, this is closer to a 3.5 star business.

  My experience could not have gone better. Took my granddaughter there to set up her accounts for college. We met with Kelly,the manager and my granddaughter thinks she has made a friend for life.
