- SGSierra GoedertSep 3, 20261.0I worked with the store manager and assistant store manager to secure a car loan. I was pre approved, I gave the manager the overview of my financial situation and she encouraged me to apply. Once the application was sent, they said that the underwriters needed more information. He forgot to get my insurance and paystubs so I’m not sure that I was genuinely considered. He called the next day to officially inform me I was rejected due to a lower income. Why did they even let me apply if I wasn’t qualified? My credit went down 3 points because of this. I asked for clarification, what amount would I be qualified for? Could I use a co-signer? The answers were vague, he said it all depends on the underwriters, they had no info. I went to Clearview credit union and was quickly approved with a better rate than FNB. If you are working class and want a loan with better rates go to Clearview FCU! I will be closing out my FNB account today because they wasted my time and almost cost me my dream car.

- BGBill GJul 30, 20261.0FNB has really gone down hill over the last 6 yrs. The turnover of employees at the south hills of Pittsburgh locations really show. I went from a customer many employees knew by name to number. Icing on the cake was a 40 minute wait in the South side drive thru today...... After they already had my ID and check for deposit. 3 different people appeared on camera to apologize but what a bunch of BS. Unacceptable. Shocked to see another complaint about the ss drive thru when I logged in. Wish I would have saw it before being treated like shit today. The worst fast food drive thrus are faster and friendlier!
