- JLJill LAug 3, 20262.0I've had nothing but problems with this bank. They have terrible customer service. The manager dodges my calls and even when I'm at the bank she's "busy".
- BGBill GJul 30, 20261.0FNB has really gone down hill over the last 6 yrs. The turnover of employees at the south hills of Pittsburgh locations really show. I went from a customer many employees knew by name to number. Icing on the cake was a 40 minute wait in the South side drive thru today...... After they already had my ID and check for deposit. 3 different people appeared on camera to apologize but what a bunch of BS. Unacceptable. Shocked to see another complaint about the ss drive thru when I logged in. Wish I would have saw it before being treated like shit today. The worst fast food drive thrus are faster and friendlier!

I have had some negative interactions at this location many years ago, but must say now that the level of service I continue to received is top-notch at this location. Leandra and her team are very accommodating and professional. One time in particular, I had to make a last minute wire transfer overseas, and the process could not have went smoother.

Had the wrong person and wrong account and was told to take my business elsewhere. Incompetent investigator that was very disrespectful. I’ve already reported her to smarter people whom know how to do their job.
