  Went in to try and get help because I lost my wallet which contained my debit card along with my drivers license I was told I couldn't get a temporary card or access my account with out my drivers license so all I have to say if something like this happens to you don't come here they will not help make sure you to go to the Castle Shannon location the staff there is very friendly and helpful
