- SSScottMay 9, 20261.0I rarely do reviews good or bad. I was there yesterday for the first and last time. I am a pnc member and was told I could not make a cash deposit into another pnc account. The other account was for my daughter's child support out in AZ. I have done this at many pnc locations Thorndale, West Chester, Exton, Royersford, Malvern, Trooper, North Wales, Landsdale, Hershey, and even out of state PNC branches with no problem. Not really sure what the issue was yesterday. PNC being a major company and major bank should all be on the same page. Went today to another PNC Branch, and put the money into the other account and had no issue.

Because of my limited English skills, she looked down on me, refused to assist, and told me to handle the transfer myself, despite me explaining I didn’t know how. This was the most upsetting part. Thankfully, the manager intervened and resolved it quickly, but Cathleen’s behavior was truly demeaning. I hope the bank addresses this issue so no one else experiences it.”
