  I had to go into the branch today to open an estate account and become POA for my mother’s account. Clayton was the member service advisor who helped me through this and with great care made it a smooth process. Grieving a loved one while trying to figure out a parent’s finances is a stressful thing. But Clayton made me feel taken care of.

  Parking is available which is nice. Staff is quick and friendly which everyone wants today. We are all in a rush to get from one place to another. I would highly recommend using this location. I will be using again even if my bank did not require for less fees.

  I’m a customer with PNC. I went to this location to cash and deposit a check drawn on a PNC account. After showing 2 forms of ID (including my PNC debit card) the customer was called (or so they made me believe) when I asked was this common they gave me some vague response about fraud. I understand following procedure and being careful when dealing with customer accounts. I feel like I was being profiled as if I was up to some sort of fraudulent activity with no real explanation. There should be away to do your job without making a customer or a potential customer feel uncomfortable. I have an account with PNC so should there had been any issues they had all my information associated with the transaction. The experience was not a good one. I will not be returning to this location.

  BEST banking experience ever- Home Equity LOC and Business Banking, Packer Park I cannot say enough about the fine people at the PNC Packer Park branch. I have always banked with PNC; and all of the personable folks I have come in contact with - from managers, customer service and tellers go out of their way to make sure everything is handled properly and with a friendly attitude to boot! Very professional, they want your business, that is obvious. I recently had them do a home equity LOC and open an account for a new business I am starting, and everything worked well! They have pointed out many ways to save me money in the long term, and that is much appreciated. Whenever you have a big bank, you expect some problems; I haven't had any with the branch or the corporate divisions. They are quick to direct you to a person who can help you on the phone, or by email. Give these folks a try for there are good people working here, and it makes all the difference!
