  Extremely unprofessional experience. I had a confirmed appointment, yet I was left waiting for over 15 minutes without even a basic acknowledgment from the staff. If this bank cannot respect a scheduled appointment, how can they be trusted with my finances? I walked out and will be taking my business to a competitor who values their customers' time. To management: Your lack of basic coordination is costing you clients

  *I forgot the name of the person that helped me (sorry if you are reading this)* Great experience. I went in bc I lost my debit card and needed an immediate replacement as I was about to travel. The man who helped me was wonderful. There was a small issue with my account (my fault because I didn't update my ID when I moved), but he helped me through it and ensured I got my new card. He was very friendly and professional.

  Brant Murray was super understanding, helpful, and easy to talk to. He is great at what he does. I would recommend seeing him if you visit this branch.

  Hands down the worst PNC branch I’ve been to. I closed my account based on my experiences at this branch. They made it really difficult to withdraw money or complete any transaction, asking you a zillion questions to verify your identity and were just pretty rude and condescending. PNC needs debit machines at the teller where customers can swipe their card and enter their pin to verify their identity, as opposed to grilling customers about very personal and private information about their account and then getting mad when the customer shows resistance to providing the info in a public space. This is how banking experiences get out of hand. It also appeared that only certain customers were grilled, which is a shame.
