- WWWilliam2 days ago1.0I have been banking with PNC for almost a decade. This bank will cause you serious financial strain in multiple ways false reporting to credit agencies. As they did to me costing me over $450,000 and losses on one Real Estate Deal currently they are continued to attack my personal checking account stealing money totaling the over $9000. Your money is unsecure the employees of this branch will do nothing and act as if they’re not in the wrong for their actions their intentional actions to cause harm And financial trauma.

If this bank cannot respect a scheduled appointment, how can they be trusted with my finances? I walked out and will be taking my business to a competitor who values their customers' time. To management: Your lack of basic coordination is costing you clients

- DDDerrick DennisApr 29, 20221.0Hands down the worst PNC branch I’ve been to. I closed my account based on my experiences at this branch. They made it really difficult to withdraw money or complete any transaction, asking you a zillion questions to verify your identity and were just pretty rude and condescending. PNC needs debit machines at the teller where customers can swipe their card and enter their pin to verify their identity, as opposed to grilling customers about very personal and private information about their account and then getting mad when the customer shows resistance to providing the info in a public space. This is how banking experiences get out of hand. It also appeared that only certain customers were grilled, which is a shame.
