- MLMargaret LoSep 2, 20262.0On the PNC website, this branch is listed as having Medallion Signature Guarantee services. When I went there, all the staff on duty at the time (about 4) said that PNC hasn't offered MSG services since the COVID19 pandemic, and no other financial institutions in Philly do MSG. They said there is only ONE person in all of the PNC branches in Philadelphia who can do an MSG (her initials, T. M.) at a PNC branch in North Philly. They called that branch and left a message for T. M. to call me back, but she never did. It was an very strange encounter today with wildly incorrect information. I then called the PNC hotline and they said that according to their records, the branch indeed has MSG services. In fact, there are many branches in Philly that offer MSG services. I got it done in 5 mins at a Center City branch.

Not long after, the gentleman who notarizes came to help me (leaving his lunch early). I would never ever ask someone to do this, but it definitely showed me how dedicated he was to providing excellent customer service. During the interaction, he was friendly and welcomed me to the city. I wish I remembered his name because I am so impressed and he deserves recognition.
