  I have been banking with PNC for almost a decade. This bank will cause you serious financial strain in multiple ways false reporting to credit agencies. As they did to me costing me over $450,000 and losses on one Real Estate Deal currently they are continued to attack my personal checking account stealing money totaling the over $9000. Your money is unsecure the employees of this branch will do nothing and act as if they’re not in the wrong for their actions their intentional actions to cause harm And financial trauma.

  This is the only bank that never has money on the ATM'S ...They make appointments for customers and never can help ...This bank SUCKS !!!!

  The girls who work in the front desk are rude and not taking care of customers. My house is near there but I rarely get in that branch. Poor customers service.

  BAD BAD Customer SERVICE. Teller CYN, Manager Theresa and Teller Supervisor.This is probably my 4th time making deposits here at this branch. I have had bad service twice, once by the “teller supervisor” and now by a teller and her branch manager. The first time was with the Teller Supervisor, she gave me an attitude and told me I over deposited by a few dollars. I apologized and took the extra money and walked away calmly. But today was bad. I walked in to deposit some cash and checks. The teller “Cyn” told me she was unable to deposit this one check because it did not match the name in the system (business account). She went over to confirmed with the teller supervisor. I informed the teller that with prior deposits I have never had any problems with depositing checks with this specific name at other locations. I make deposits at locations close to my stores for my convenience. So I got on the phone to inform my husband of the issue and told him that the teller supervisor was not being helpful, that was when the teller CYN interrupted me and told me that her supervisor is doing something and she is busy. FYI, I had a bad experience with the teller supervisor, so I felt like she was not helpful with the check situation. I told the teller that I was not talking to her and she should not be “in my conversation with my husband.” The teller CYN then proceeded to “toss” my money back under the glass and told me “to take my business elsewhere “and that I am not welcomed there. I asked her to get the Manager and not the supervisor because she has a bad attitude as a teller. The Manager came over. She did not introduce herself and proceeded to ask for the checks, so I handed her the checks. While she did her little investigation of the check, I was looking around for a business card. I did not find any around like I would normally find at Bala Cynwyd and at other branches. I proceeded to ask “ you guys don’t have any business cards around?” I guess the branch manager assumed I was talking to the teller, so she put her hand out (to catch my attention I guess?) and told me that I can speak to her. So I told her I’m actually talking to her about the business cards. I asked her if she even cared to bother to ask what happened instead of listening to one side of the story. She obviously showed signs of prejudice. She didn’t say anything and told me she’s unable to deposit the check, so I told her that’s fine, ill take it to my regular branch. The branch manager did hand me a business card and left without saying a word (great customer service, branch manager!). As far as the check goes, I am fine with them not accepting it, but how they handled the problem; management and customer service is BAD SAD HORRIBLE. Somebody from corporate has to evaluate them. I switched from a bad customer serviced bank “Citizen” to PNC expecting professionalism and good customer service, but this was my experience. I have business accounts and personal accounts with PNC. I have had great experiences with the Bala Cynwyd branch for several years, but this branch on Tabor is horrible! Someone please check their customer service. PNC will lose clients for their lack of professionalism.
