  Terrible customer service. They’re always understaffed and the staff acts like they don’t want to be there. I guess I can’t blame them as most of the time the building’s power is out or ATMs are not working. Most of the time there is only one teller and when there is more than one they still give most of the customer duty to one person. PNC needs to do better to make the in branch experience better for their clients and staff

  I've had them as my primary banking bank for 7-10 years they used to be ok /good however they have dropped the ball. I tried to take out some money to buy a van and they gave me a hard time .after I pay off credit cards,and redeemed my points I'm closing my two accounts . They contacted me and asked what happened - I deposited a check for $20,000 they told me ,I had to waited to time for it to clear . "on line" it cleared so the next day I stopped at the branch they would not allow me to withdraw any money from that account told me it didn't clear yet however I could zelle if I wanted to (the money has to be real and there in order to zelle) I called a couple of days later, they said it cleared I went in to window to withdraw $5,000 for a van to purchase then after I at the window used my debit card ID etc. Then they needed my driver's license and sucked through their teeth about giving me the money I asked for ,I am very unique looking and people don't normally forget me. The office manager said I had a bad attitude I said just give me my money when I ask for it . I've had that bank hold my money $210.000 ,Cash over the past 7-10 years thats the issues .

  This branch treat their customers like, they're all trying to scam, and defraud the bank, even after you identify yourself they still profile you like you're less than. This branch needs to do better. Trying to get a large cashier check, they put you through the first degree just to get your own money. I have no problem, when I go to another branches. This branch is completely horrible point blank period.
