  I’m glad to see the improvement at the PNC Welsh Road branch. They now have more staff at the counter, there’s no long waiting, and the service has become much more friendly and efficient. It’s nice to see management taking customer feedback seriously and making positive changes.

  The worse branch in the area . I’m part of pnc bank for more than 20 years. I used every branch in the area of philadelphia Bensalem and Levitowm because I drive a lot because of my job. I get upset must of the time and see other clients getting upset mostly everytime I go for different reasons specially with the young girl cashier that works there, she think she knows everything. If you don’t want to have a bad day don’t go to pnc at welsh rd
