Don’t go here, they don’t want to serve you when it near end of the day. Excuses talking about they got no more cash after 5pm then what’s the point staying open until 6pm? The manager needs to have a meeting.

I’m glad to see the improvement at the PNC Welsh Road branch. They now have more staff at the counter, there’s no long waiting, and the service has become much more friendly and efficient. It’s nice to see management taking customer feedback seriously and making positive changes.

The service was horrible. I went after work and arrived 40 minutes prior to closing to get a new card due to a fraudulent charge. And they turned me away saying they were too busy to give me a new card! I went to the one on Cottman Ave and they helped me eventhough it was closer to closing time by then. They gave me a new card in 5 minutes!

I stop by to do a wire transfer.. They had me waiting lil to long... So I made a appointment. I made it to the appointment and once again they had me waiting to long again... I won't recommend no one to stop by to do any wire transfer.....
