Apparently customer at counter is applying for a mortgage or something. No window transaction can be that complex. RUN TO ANY OTHER BRANCH. Heck, switch to a different bank entirely.

The manager Davlas gave me every excuse on earth why I couldn't get my money & like a robot kept repeating "we can put in a request so you can have it next week ". But they will happily take your cash deposit in a sec. The teller Michelle at least was nice and tried to soften my frustration. Horrible service.
