I went in there with some concerns and he helped me with those and then some other things that hadn’t even occurred to me! Long story short- my faith in humanity is restored thanks to Larry. He is a true asset to this company and he was beyond helpful! Go to this guy for any questions or concerns!
- RRryan rymerSep 6, 20221.0Have been working to get a copy of title on an auto loan for weeks now. DMV confirms fax sent twice. PNC states they have never received the faxed request. Now driving on expired out of state tags. The title copy is needed to register in new state. Write down the names of every single person you talk to here as they do not seem to keep notes at all. As soon as I get this issue resolved, am refinancing through a local bank. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Never, ever would I recommend anyone to take a loan with this bank.

Did get to listen to some 1950's muszak though! On the fifth time I decided to say I was looking for a loan! The loan officer did help me! Just tell the machine you want a loan no matter what! Thanks PNC!
