    Somaly was extremely welcoming, greeted us with a warm smile and ensured all my queries are answered. Surprisingly, she was present at the reception to welcome us but she was also handling my request as a teller. She went above & beyond, definitely a great employee at PNC. Would visit again!

    Someone already made a comment about a strange acting teller here. I know that’s not a reflection of PNC though. Unfortunately she didn’t know that I was also a bank teller and understand FDIC policy very well. Didn’t want to be confrontational so I let her do her thing anyway. I’ll never come back to this location though.
