  This location Always giving me a hard time . Update : moved out to state 3 months ago before I moved I came into this location to update my address showed the Chinese guy my lease and everything he confirmed it was updated … Since I forwarded my mail with usps I saw that my mail was still being sent to my old address so I called and spoke with the branch manager he confirmed that it was changed … A month later I see my mail is still being sent to my old address which is out of state so I called again and I woke with a woman she said that it was changed in the system . A month later I see mail is still being sent to my old address so I called again and told them this is a On going thing I asked that they please update my address , I live out of state ..the woman wasn’t trying to do it . She said she was going to transfer me to some type of center . I don’t have time for that . Will be closing my account with you guys and moving it elsewhere . What’s the big deal just update my damn address.

  Poor customer service had me waiting forever while the bank tellers were just having a good time busting it up.

  One of these CSR told my son that he had to have an account there in order to get a roll of quarters! How dare you turn my son away after waiting in your ridiculous long line! I’m almost certain that’s not the rules! I’m gonna come here everyday and see if my son can point you out!
