- EBEd BurnsJan 31, 20231.0Terrible customer service and 'can't be bothered' attitude. Went in to put some money in my wife's account but only had her bank card. I have done this before in the same store without any issues but this particular girl behind the counter obviously couldn't be bothered to do it. So apparently my wife's banking security is threatened if I deposit the money in store with a clerk but not if I deposit outside using the atm in some dodgy, trash strewn alley outside the bank. Also there was a bottle of pee in my parking space (not mine) . Just about sums up what goes on inside the building too. PEE-NC ought to be the correct name. Security guard was polite though, he gets 5 stars.
- BABryant AllenJun 23, 20201.0For two days they told me they didn't have enough money in the branch to cash a $7500 check. The same thing with PNC at Broad st & Nedro st. The check was from their bank and they looked at it as if I made it myself. I went to PNC in Abington and cashed my check with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess they don't care how their employees treat people in the city where I live, I had to drive 20 minutes out into the county .
