- LLLori LightonJun 6, 20261.0Brilliantly Inefficient It was one of 4 banks I visited mid-morning one Saturday. Each bank had between 2 to 5 customers and 3 to 4 staff. All others, I was done in 5-10 min. PNC, it was 35 minutes to drop off a mortgage payment. I waited as 2 customers spent over 30 minutes with 2 different tellers. Would not recommend PNC or this branch.
