- MMMYSTIK72May 25, 20261.0Wish I had seen the reviews before I stopped here. I don’t live in Palmyra. And I don’t bank in Pennsylvania. But I like the laundry mat that plays the oldies. So I needed some cash. I went to the ATM. It took my card. Wanted to charge me 3.95 fees, which is outrageous. it tells me to take my card. Then it proceeds to give me nothing. I didn’t get money or a receipt. So now I have to worry and make sure they didn’t take money out of my bank and not give me the cash. I have never, in all my years on this planet have that ever happen to me It wouldn’t be a big deal. It was my bank, but besides my bank. So I drove all the way to Palmer for no reason And had to drive all the way back home I won’t be using them again Just because it’s too risky
- TMTamie MichaudApr 20, 20264.0We bank at the local bank in Palmyra. In the past, the tellers weren't very polite or helpful, but now the one or two girls that are usually there are so friendly and helpful.
- RLRoberta LynnAug 28, 20251.0If I could give this bank zero stars I would. My fiance had to close his account today because he was literally refused service and treated like complete crap by the BRANCH MANAGER who was being extremely unprofessional when he asked to get a check to pay rent ( Like we do every month for the past 9 years). He went in with our daughters and they felt uncomfortable with the way there father was being talked to by the two ladies behind the counter. The BRANCH MANAGER then proceeded to tell him that the 2nd lady behind the counter that was touching money and doing transactions was not an employee of the bank.( So why is she behind the counter). Account was closed and we will never be banking with first national again.
