  Horrible customer service. I was in a No fault accident in their parking lot where another person backed into my vehicle and then contested it later. I tried to find out multiple times if it was recorded on any video surveillance and I could not even get them to respond. Not even a simple yes or no. They just showed how little they care about their customers. If there’s no money in it for them, forget about any common courtesy.

  The teller that waited on me was completely off-putting. She refused to cash or deposit my check. Basically said im lying or Sewickley and Monroeville aren't doing there jobs and if I want to go there I can but they won't do anything for me. So I did and guess what Monroeville did the exact transaction I asked for. This branch has the most unprofessional bank employee I've ever delt with

  I'll start by saying, I don't have an account here. With that said I was only looking to buy a roll of nickels (just a single roll of nickels) and was turned away due to not having an account. Back in the day this wouldn't have been an issue. It is very sad what banks are becoming these days (at least this one). I made my way to a different bank and had no problem. This small issue made my mind up, I will never have an account here.
