This man is the only teller that will just sit there, when there was no customers waiting. And will refuse to swap 1.00 bills. (Because he doesn't want to get out of his chair) I called and reported him. I was told it wouldn't happen again. But it did. Spoke to corporate again they said they would handle it. Headed back this week, we will see. If you can help it stay away from Keith

Some tellers handle both lines at once and return the tube to both lines at the same time. You can figure that returning to the first customer when they are done would speed the process instead of holding it until the second is done. Just a terrible pace regarding efficiency.
