- FBFille au boulotJul 25, 20261.0Probably the worst customer experience at a bank. I had called ahead to inquire about safe deposit boxes and was told they were available and that I didn’t need to have an account with once. So I made the trip and was initially attended by an employee who showed me the boxes and told me again that there was no need to have an account with them. To rent the box I had to wait for another banker. I waited for 15 minutes in a hall that didn’t seem to have air conditioning as it smelled of sweat. Finally the so called banker came, a very unpleasant rushing employee. I sat down then she told me rudely and abruptly that I couldn’t rent the box because I didn’t have an account with PNC. Here you have it: three different people who work there with three different answers.
