- CMChristopher MarzianiNov 26, 20231.0This has to do with the company! Ive just been informed that due to a tech. issue, all of my money is being help until the end of the business day Monday. They have been hold all of my money for 3 days now. Apparently this is not just happening to me, many accounts have been affected. Im sorry, but since when is the bank allowed to withhold your funds that otherwise should be available. PNC your tech problems should never affect my finances, and if they do, you should make those funds available immediately. This is completely unacceptable. Looks like ill be banking with CHASE Bank, they seem to have it together. "Good Evening Christopher, I would be happy to assist you today with these pending withdraws. There has been a recognized system issue we are aware of effecting some customers' accounts that may be showing duplicate and/or missing pending transactions on their account with the Miscellaneous description showing. Please be assured that we are aware of the issue and our tech department is working to resolve as soon as possible for our customers. It will likely show on the account until end of day processing Monday night before you see the transactions corrected on the account. If you have any other questions or concerns, just let us know and we will be happy to assist. Thank you and I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend."
