The issue was your teller told me they wouldn't cash my check, even though I have been a customer of your bank for many many years. Horrible customer service! Since when can't a customer of PNC Bank not be able to cash a check. This is absolutely ridiculous
- NGNicholas GularskiJun 9, 20264.0Really great experience here it’s almost always busy when I’m there the people are great when I first was trying to open an account I went to the one in vandergrift that’s no longer there but they told me they were closing in an hour they won’t help me (that’s why they are closed lazy) but I went to this location with 15 minutes till closing they helped me out right away no issue no attitude carried themselves professionally
