  The teller told me checks were free, so I ordered some checks. However, the checks cost around $30 which brought me to a negative balance in my account. Then, on top of that I was charged another $30 overdraft fee. When I asked the teller to refined the overdraft fee because she told me to check for free, she lied to my face and told me she never said that.

  Every time I visit first national bank in New Kensington pa. They always make you feel welcome. All the cashier's are nice and friendly ready to help.

  One of the worst banks I have ever worked with. The tellers are some of the nicest people however management is some of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. They will inform you that their policies are going to be the new norm and despite what other banks tell you they will rip you off the same. They have been sued (and settled) in a class action lawsuit for how they handle deposits and deductions however will still look you in the face and tell you they have no plans on changing it
