- GFGreagory FlatbushAug 13, 20261.0When to the bank, they don't have enough. Tellers period there was people in line. They waited on the cuff stimers and drive through. Before the people that were standing in line waiting to be serviced period the machine broke right off the bat. The bank needs help, and they need more people that know where they 're doing.
- RWRon WagnerAug 12, 20264.0Wilmington Rd. branch is usually very good. Only had one bad experience:Years ago, we went in to apply for a 50K HELC. The bank manager at that time, Bobby, INSISTED that we take one for 75K, the max. amt., con- sideline our established equity. I repeated: no, NO, NO, NO, to no avail. My husband, whom I knew did NOT manage $$ well, thot it was a great idea. I SHOULD have walked out, then & there. The 2 of them baddgered me into signing. I have always regretted doing so because as soon as I got the balance down to $50K, he continued using the HELC again & again. He NEVER LOOKED @the bank statements; I was supposed to PAY ALL BILLS EVERY MONTH. When there was "too much month @the end of the money", he said I needed to "learn how to juggle". Then he NEVER OPENED ANOTHER BILL OF ANY KIND AGAIN. It took me years & years to pay off that HELC/loan. So, if you ever see or hear from BOBBY AUGUSTINE, please tell him for me that he's quite the salesman for FNB; BUT, I'm NOT IMPRESSED. There have been several "managers" since then and they are OK. Happily, I don't need to get "advice" from them on a regular basis. Marilyn A. Wagner, a customer since FNB had a branch in Slippery Rock PA & stayed with them as it transitioned to FNB of PA: over 45 years.
