  I was buying a car from NJ and it was unclear from PennDOT what I need to do. I went to SmartCents and they processed all of it and I walked out with a new plate and the paperwork sent off to PennDOT. Way nicer to deal with than the other big name “agency” in the area for vehicle needs. Will go here from now on!

  Excellent knowledge of Pa, car transfers, taxes, and financial planning! I was please with the attention to detail the paperwork. The answered all my questions. I was beyond happy with Smart Cents and will recommend this business to family and friends.
