  Do NOT bank with First National. Find any other bank to give your business to. They charged me $37 to cancel a bill before it processed & processed it anyway then took $29 for item return fee. They also processed a post-dated check after having been asked not to. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. My family & I will be changing banks immediately.

  Caiti, the manager, is extremely helpful and going above and beyond to assist me. She was knowledgeable and I really appreciate her and would definitely recommend this bank, cheers!

  Absolutely awful bank to conduct business with. Opened 5 business accounts with them after an hour long meeting full of promises that were never fulfilled. Bank manager who opened accounts filled us with promises then went radio silent after accounts were open. Found out 2 weeks later that the branch manager who was supposed to be assisting with our transition to a new bank quit suddenly after 22 years with the bank. Never received notice of any kind and were left high and dry. Called around and spoke to four different people within the bank and were told by each one to call a different number. After weeks of seeking communication and assistance and experiencing chaos and hardships we were left out to dry. I would not recommend this bank for anyone especially business purposes. They are to big and only care about their bottom line and do not care to treat customers as people just numbers to them.
