- GCGordon CohenApr 22, 20261.0PNC has royally screwed up the best online banking site in the business. The revisions: 1. can't accept 4 payments in one activity- it forgets one or more of the payees or it creates crazy payments to payees I did not specify 2. The payees are hard to access- now I need to specify which account first and then it won't scroll down the entire list because it set up a damned internal, second scroll bar that needs to be located and used. 3. 2-factor authentication login takes more clicks: the cursor is no longer set up at the appropriate filed to continue, the phone number options are hidden atop a long page in FireFox. 4. Why did the dumb IT department decide to alter a site that worked well?
