  Everyone at this branch was very kind and patient. They are all genuine people that care about their customers and their service. They helped me navigate through a maze of official documents and paperwork with professionalism tempered with compassion. They helped me get out of a very high interest auto loan, and offered me a fantastic rate on a new auto refinance loan. They helped me consolidate a reasonably high credit card debt, spread out across numerous cards, all at 29% interest or higher, into one loan at an exceptionally low rate. In the end, they saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this branch for all your financial needs, and to help you achieve your goals of financial freedom. I would give the ten stars.

  Do not use this bank. Over the last year, everything is a struggle. I use this bank only because my mortgage was sold to them. I arrived at the drive through to make a payment at 11:55, 5 minutes before closing. There was one car in front of me that drove away at 12. I heard him say something about me being behind. The manager closed the blind and refused my transaction, would have taken one minute. When my mortgage is paid I will never do business with this bank.

  Kristen Mckeag and all the staff here provide a professional level of service with a hometown feel. They are always ready to help anytime I need something for personal or business. The way community banking should be! Banking with the people at this branch I highly recommend!

  This branch is the worst one I have ever been to because of The branch manager Marc Brokenbek!! He is a complete idiot, he is very unacommadating, rude and just has one of those smart know it all dry personalities. I had a few situations that i needed handled with my account and there was nothing he could do. Why is this guy here and what happened to the one before him? Not to mention Marc takes 3 days to call you back , even other managers from other branches who have tried to call him! Way to make people feel like they can’t trust their money in a bank first National Bank !!! Someone needs to call me and make it right!
