- MRmark rowlandJul 1, 20265.0Everyone at this branch was very kind and patient. They are all genuine people that care about their customers and their service. They helped me navigate through a maze of official documents and paperwork with professionalism tempered with compassion. They helped me get out of a very high interest auto loan, and offered me a fantastic rate on a new auto refinance loan. They helped me consolidate a reasonably high credit card debt, spread out across numerous cards, all at 29% interest or higher, into one loan at an exceptionally low rate. In the end, they saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this branch for all your financial needs, and to help you achieve your goals of financial freedom. I would give the ten stars.

Her and her crew have been absolutely phenomenal and I can’t think of them enough for changing this branch around. Absolutely amazing I came back here when the Monroeville branch started to have some serious issues like the Murrysville branch did a bit ago. I came to find out that the terrible manager that used to be here moved to Monroeville location. It’s a shame that First National Bank can’t see what’s right in front of them and how bad he runs their branches. I am very happy that this bank is now under good management and they do so well. Very professional very kind very courteous super great! So glad to be back to my hometown branch and not have to make that trip to Monroeville
