  Very Disappointed We were Turned down For a Home Equity loan. Why There is NO MORTGAGE, Home is Worth $300,000.00, All Credit Cards Paid Off but Credit Score Needs to be 760 so only 25% of Pennsylvania Population has this Score or Higher so that is not alot of people who could get a Bank Loan! There was a Time when We had $300,000.00 in Cash and Banks Wanted to give Us Loans All the Time but who needs a Loan when you have a Bunch of Cash? We had Accounts in 3 Banks and The Red Carpet was rolled Out when I walked in a Bank but They Forgot the 45 Mortgages that were Paid Off and The 1 Million Dollars We Paid Off in Credit Cards! The 1 Credit Card had such a High Credit Limit We Could have bought a Car On it! It Makes No Sense at all that When You Want a $25,000. Or $50,000. Home Equity Loan you can't Get Approved!

  Tony is a beautiful person and extremely knowledgeable about banking and financial matters. I consider her an essential source for my financial life. I hope she stay the bank manager there for decades to come.

  Horrible, rude lead teller . Someone hacked my info and I went in to get a new account number. Was told to do so . I would anyway only to be made feel was all my fault . Wouldn't let me have online banking anymore at all and wouldn't open a new account until I got my phone and computer professionally cleaned.. seriously. Then want to charge me extra a month for a paper statement. Seriously. So concerned about safety but had no problem leaving my account open with no online service. Had to go elsewhere. Teller said if u don't like it close ur account.
