I’ve been patient with this location for over a year but today did it for me. I go this morning thru the drive thru. 5 minutes I sit there and I decide to push the call button. I’m then greeted by the teller telling me to give her 1 second because she’s the only one there and she’s helping other customers inside. 10 minutes later, she comes back. I send her cash to get larger bills back and a bank with drawl slip to with draw money. She comes back and tells me that the cash I gave her is not the right amount that I stated. I get the cash back and it’s exactly what I gave her from the start. She apologises and states that their machine must of counted wrong. Now the manager comes on and asks me what’s the issue. At this point, I have kids in the car and I’m ready to go. I give her a brief run down of the issue. They made it seem like my issue was the first time they were aware of it. Always count your money before giving it to the teller or the atm. This hasn’t been the first time I’ve been short changed. I’m always going there and ATM’s are down, 1 person running the desk and the drive thru. Never again!

So around 5:40 the machine swallows my card, the machine wouldn’t even let me use careless code access. I let one of the recipients know that I need my card back I even showed them My I.d . I was crying & freaking out she didn’t care . She specifically said it’s a curtesy to get my card from the back . So she started laughing with the other bank recipients because I was crying & freaking out. I’m going to report this but long story short you don’t do this to a customer who been banking with you for years . That’s crazy . It was the black Heavy set middle age lady that work there who did this .

I deposited some cash and the tellers complained about having to count money..I mean it IS a bank and counting money is literally your job..it’s incredible how no one wants to do their job anymore
