She couldn’t answer simple questions or give correct information wasting my time. She is very well versed in telling folks how to use the ATM or to make an appointment anything else is WAY ABOVE HER PAY GRADE. Beverly and Ingrid were more than helpful in getting the task accomplished. They are worth 5 stars.
