I had over 1,700 dollars in a checking account but due to technicalities over a long holiday weekend I was charged 74 dollars for NSF even though I had more than enough money cycling in, despite calling in to see if anything could be done. I was told, repeatedly that nothing could be done from the branch manager. Poor service and rude phone service to boot. I'm gladly closing my account and moving to another bank.
