  The tellers at this location are fantastic. However, corporate FNB policies and employees provide such poor customer service that I was a customer for less than 2 weeks. I opened an account online and moved direct deposits over using their platform. It was easy. They supposedly emailed me my account number but I never received it. I called as I needed to set up bill payments to be told they will not resend the email even to my verified email on file and I must visit a branch. They advertised a fully online experience and I had to take time from work and drive to the branch so I closed the account instead. I was able to open an account with the local credit union and have my account number that day. While after 3 days, calls, and emails FNB couldn’t provide one.

  Very slow response to drive thru customers. Have to wait 15 minutes or more before even being acknowledged. More cashiers are needed.
