I have been a customer of PNC for almost ten years, and I have been happy with PNC and this branch ever since. Everyone at this branch has always been very welcoming and courteous, and I have always gotten a warm greeting when coming inside. Several people I know and am close to also use PNC (and this branch in particular) and to my knowledge none of them have ever had any issues. Finally, I have taken advantage of some of the additional services that PNC offers as well (financial counseling, etc.) and have always been pleased with the help I have been given. I sometimes have some odd requests or questions, and they have always been accommodating. If you are already a PNC customer, or someone living in the area considering PNC, I definitely recommend this branch.
