  Let me start by saying I've been a customer with FNB since they were Omega bank. I have never had an issue with the Branches in Lewistown. The Middleburg branch is another story. I went in to make a 12k deposit and after they processed it they then proceeded to tell me there would be a hold on the check. I asked how long the hold would last she said with an attitude "I'll show you after i print it out". The teller told me since they didn't know me that's why they put a hold on the check. I've never bounced a check with them. I have a business account and a savings account with FNB. The tellers need to explain this before they process the check. Lewistown branch never puts a hold on my checks. I'll never deal with the Middleburg branch again and i'll be calling corporate as well...

  I've had some good experiences with FNB and their customers service, but a few small bad experiences lately. Hopefully things improve in the future.

  They are friendly and will always figure out what the problem is and fix it. I have been with first national bank for 4 years and I wouldn't change to another bank love this bank
