- ANAnouar NorOct 5, 20263.0Great bank, with professional individuals and service. My only complaint is the slowness and sometimes even total absence of internet connectivity on the premises, be it my 5G or their wifi. I guess they have some sort of jammer installed in the bank, for whatever reason. I hope they fix this soon. Otherwise, i may resort to using a different branch.
- PGPrincess GSep 11, 20263.0I’m giving this branch three stars because the tellers were very nice and very pleasant. Although my visit here was a bit overstimulating because I was seated with a banker who was fairly new. Her nor the branch manager knew what I came in for even though it wasn’t explained about 5 to 7 times they had to Google what I was trying to set up for my first visit at this branch also the teller that I seen was following me around like a child to the ATM and had me sit on the couch in the corner by a window to set up my online bank. She said there was bad service in her office so that was the reason. This really confused me because there were about three other bankers there in their office just doing nothing. Also, I did mention to her that I would be paying with a card to add my first set of funds into my account, but she did not even ask which payment method I would prefer. Just assumed. So, that is why I am giving this branch only three stars because the tellers were great other than that I think some more training would be appropriate and more education about the services provided at this bank would be nice for the new bankers. Will I be back at this branch probably not but good thing there’s plenty of other ones in the area.
