- MMMelissa MurphyMar 26, 20181.0Worst customer service and getting worse they are supposedly “redifining conveinve in banking” laughable they are rude, slow, and unhelpful. Ignored an elderly lady standing there for 10 minute than the lady said well I can help you for 10 minutes...then the lady who helped me was a delight super sarcastic and nasty. Switching banks!
