  I just went into this branch after I was in there Saturday to follow up on a check that was supposed to be cleared on a Monday. I tried to explain explaining this to some light skin guy with headphones on Wouldn’t let me speak as I was speaking, he would speak with me, therefore made it like we were yelling at each other in the Bank then told me I could wait for his manager or his manager would be back in an hour very disrespectful did not help me at all. I am a customer of this bank and my money goes into it every week for my business and this gentleman was blatantly rude and in my opinion, he should lose his job because that is not how you talk to somebody in a financial institution

  Pulled up in fromt of door 5 min till closing my daughter pulled open door i asked her to come here a min and that quick they pushed a button and locked door the three tellers in there thought it was funny that we couldnt get back in very rude the youngsters in there 30s I did call on them with 1800 hopefully they do something or they wont have customers

  I’ve been banking at this location for 30 years. With the various changes this financial institution has experienced I feel they’re doing their best. Customer service changes frequently at the branch levels with no issues as far as I’m concerned. Online banking is what most everyone has gone to. Going to the local branch is almost never. I do have one complaint and that’s ATM fees with none FNB ATM machines. The ATM FEE PLUS FNB $2.75 on each ATM transaction is not acceptable.
