- BWBo WDec 21, 20201.0I have been an FNB customer with multiple accounts for nearly 2 decades. I moved and kept the bank I felt had been great to me over those years. Now I constantly get the run around, and when I try to call it will ring a few times then automatically go to their recorded on hold message. I literally waited online for over 4.5 hrs one day just to see if they would ever answer. And got nothing. A great bank and branch has simply gone down hill.
