This bank is horrible the man didn't do his job told me the fraud that I had would be mailed to me had no idea what he was doing had me sitting in my car crying about money I lost because it's Christmas time when I called back into the PNC 800 number they tell me it's PNC needs to call them to reactivate my account. Nothing was mailed to me.what a wasted day off work and have to take another say off because they don't do their job I'm going to cancel my PNC account because of this
