  Went to PNC Kenmawr Plaza today. Arrived at 12:15 when they close at 1:00. Needed to convert my account to joint account. Waited 30 minutes before being told they wouldn’t have time to help us today. WTH? SInce when do you not lock the doors at closing time and assist those who arrived WELL before closing time before you leave?? Manager walked by us twice (waiting area is so small he could have tripped over us) and didn’t say a word. Branch is sorely understaffed and manager needs customer service training. Went to Robinson. They handled by request. Do better! This isn’t rocket science!

  Always done what i needed them for. Only downside is drive thru atm but i learned the dont own that machine and its alway breaking down.

  It seems like pnc is never on top of things for example I went to a gas station and I had 20 dollars in there but when I went to use my card it didn't work I checked it again and netflix took out there money and I used what I had left which was 12 dollars and pnc charged me but then refunded me but said I was in the negatives but I talk to someone named jim who is a complete lier who said that I got gas first then netflix took there money. I was like that's wrong because my card was not working for the 20 but it worked for the 12 to be honest if that was the case don't you think it would have worked for the 20 instead and jim said that shane lied to me about a 7 day grace period when you over draw your account so to me pnc is nothing but crooks. You know the saying give a guy a bank he robs other people but give a crook a gun he robs a bank the moral to the story is that crooks and bank onwers are the same so be careful on what crook you pick in that I mean bank
