- AQAlysha QuillenJul 14, 20261.0If you can’t handle the drive through and the inside desks at the same time, don’t offer drive through services. I just sat for 20 minutes and only got acknowledged after I pressed the call button. This is a weekly occurrence for me as I deposit for clients, not just a fluke. If you’re short staffed, I get it but don’t open services you can’t handle. That seems like common sense.

You need id to make a deposit into your account even if you have a filled in deposit slip with account number on it. If my wife didnt handle the banking here i would have left them a while ago.
