- AKAndrew Kensinger3 days ago1.0Opened an emergency savings account with $200. 3 years later went to get it out cause I was in an emergency, they had fee'd my account to a negative balance. May talk to a lawyer as I now have an irrational fear of financial institutions.
- ZZZackAug 4, 20261.0The young kid working the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing. And sure enough, he messed up my deposit. He "hit the wrong button" I was told. The funds should've been available the next day, it's been a week and I still don't have my money. I do not think they should have trainees handling people's money, these are people's lives you are messing up.

It's been over a week now. Every time I call they say it's in dispute. I've never had this happen in my life. I suggest do not use this Bank! I repeat do not use this bank this is not the only problem I've had with them. The problems only seem to be getting worse. Now they're stealing my money!!!!
